Education: B.S., Rollins College; Ph.D., University of Florida; Baylor College of Medicine.
Bio: Terry Bunde is Professor of Chemistry at Maryville College. He teaches courses in biochemistry, organic chemistry and forensic science (for non-majors). He is a member of the American Chemical Society, Glycobiology Society, Phi Beta Kappa and a member of the Tallahassee, Sopchoppy and Gulf Coast Marine Biological Association. He was named the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s Tennessee Teacher of the Year in 1989.
Most recently, Bunde has enjoyed teaching Senior Seminar courses on Pandemic Diseases and Human History, as well as Protest Music and Social Change in the 20th Century.
