I. Mountain Challenge
125-126-127 Mountain Challenge
Mountain Challenge courses consist of five different experiences, which must be completed before one credit hour is awarded. A maximum of three credit hours may be obtained to fulfill the MC experiential education requirement. The following are possible Mountain Challenge experiences to select from:

Alpine Tower Climbing Wall
Back Packing/Hiking Ground Belay
Bicycle Trips Map and Compass
Canoeing/Kayaking Rock Climbing/Rappelling
Caving Ropes Course

II. Endurance and Fitness Track
The following are possible choices from this track:

Aquatic Exercise and Fitness Personal Fitness
Paddling I Lifeguard Training
Paddling II Rock Climbing I
Paddling III Rock Climbing II
Aerobics Karate I
Weight Training and Conditioning Karate II
Orienteering Karate III

Lifetime Activity Track
The following are possible choices from this track:

Aquatic Education Camping and Outdoor Education
Social Dance Fly Fishing
Archery Community CPR and First Aid
Bowling T'ai Chi Ch'uan I
Golf T'ai Chi Ch'uan II
Racquetball T'ai Chi Ch'uan III
Tennis T'ai Chi Ch'uan IV
