Erin Bray is a native of Buffalo, NY and earned a BS in Music Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and a MM in Clarinet Performance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Erin has been an active freelance musician in the Knoxville area since 1998, and has played with the Knoxville Symphony, the Oak Ridge Symphony, and the Knoxville Opera Company, among others. Erin also enjoys playing jazz, and was the baritone saxophonist in the Buffalo-area swing band, The Big Band Revival Orchestra from 1994-1997. She is a founding member of the Knoxville jazz quartet, The Blackstick Four. In addition to performing, Erin maintains a busy studio, and currently teaches woodwinds at Maryville College. Erin has also taught at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and at Lincoln Memorial University.
