Students may access their grades online at the end of each term through their individual Self Service accounts. The grades become part of the student’s permanent academic record on file in the Registrar’s office. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, grades are not sent to parents or guardians unless (1) the student requests that this be done, or (2) the parent or guardian makes such a request, certifying that the student is dependent as defined by the Internal Revenue Service. Such requests must be written and filed with the Registrar.
