May & Summer Courses at MC

May Term

The annual three-week May Term offers students an attractive option for travel-study courses (in the U.S. and abroad) or a valuable opportunity to take a course on campus or online, but no more than four credit hours may be taken in May Term. MC students interested in travel-study courses can find current offerings listed on the Center for Global Engagement’s pages.

Summer Term

Summer courses insure that the vibrant intellectual life of the College exists on a year-round basis. These courses are the perfect opportunity, not only for our returning students, but also for non-Maryville College students in the local community to continue their studies during the summer. No matter what you’re studying — Maryville College has classes for you. Credit courses are offered during four different sessions throughout the summer.

Returning MC Students – If you are a current MC student, please work with your faculty advisor to select summer courses and register. Returning students may also take courses online in May or Summer terms through the Acadeum Course Share. The available courses have been pre-approved by Maryville College for students to request registration. In order to see the list of courses and register, students must sign up for an account using their Maryville College student email. Please note that all registrations are still dependent on Maryville College approval on a student-by-student basis.
