Volunteers at last year’s KT Week contributed approximately $100,000 in labor and “added value” to the MC campus by completing 34 campus improvement projects.

Featured Young Alum Bio - Marissa McInnis ‘04
Marissa graduated from Maryville with a Bachelor of Art in Music (Piano) and a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies. While at MC, Marissa worked with the Environmental Action Team, Sisters and Spirit, and played for the Tuesday worship service.

Why I give
My desire to give back was greatly fueled by a MC professor, Dr. Sullivan. She stressed in her Finance and Investment classes the importance of giving back in any and every way you can, especially to those organizations that have helped you along the way in your life. To me, Maryville College is one of those organizations that helped me grow as a person, expand my imagination, and discover that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. It brings me great joy to know that by giving back to MC, I am assisting others in their journey of self-discovery.
