Findley named 2012 J.D. Davis Award winner

The Maryville College Athletic Department announced their 2011-2012 Athletic Award recipients at their third annual senior student-athlete celebration in the Lambert Recital Hall on May 9th.
This year's MC coaching staff nominated four outstanding female student-athletes to be considered for this distinction. C.J. Dake (basketball), Jordan Chase (soccer), Kristin Findley (volleyball), and Leah Kelley (softball) were all recognized for their hard work and dedication within their programs.
The 2012 female J.D. Davis award winner was Maryville native, Kristin Findley.

Newport News, Va.- The Maryville College volleyball team fell to tournament host Christopher Newport University in straight sets 25-21, 25-16, and 25-22 and was eliminated in the first round of the 2011 NCAA Volleyball regional.
Katherine Nadler named Capital One Academic All-District by CoSida

Maryville College volleyball defensive specialist/libero Katherine Nadler, a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, was named as a 1st Team Academic All-District selection by the College Sports Information Directors of America following her 2011 campaign.
Kristin Findley earns AVCA All-South accolade

The American Volleyball Coaches Association released their 2011 All-Region selections for this fall season of competition. Maryville College's Kristin Findley was an honorable mention selection of the 21 South Region honorees. Findley is the only representative from the Great South Athletic Conference.
