New First Year Students

New first year students will confirm their enrollment on Friday, August 22nd from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (NOON) in the Alumni Gym (exceptions to this may apply to expedition groups - your orientation instructor will explain this to you)

Students with last names beginning with the letters A - H
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Students with last names beginning with the letters I - P
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Students with last names beginning with the letters Q - Z
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
 
Note! Save yourself some time in a line!  Complete items ahead of time (most are online)!

New Transfer Students

New transfer students will confirm their enrollment on Monday, August 25th from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (NOON) in the Alumni Gym. More information related to this event will be posted here as items become available.  Forms that are available now will be posted below.

Returning Students

Returning students will confirm their enrollment (formerly known as Finalizing Registration) on Monday, August 25th at specific times (listed below) in the Alumni Gym.

8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
All 2nd year students
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
All 3rd year students
1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
All 4th year students and above
3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
All other students (Includes student teachers)

  • Pay account balances (check your account balance via Self-Service)
  • Sign online financial aid forms
  • Resolve any outstanding parking and judicial fines
  • Verify and update your personal information via Self-Service (Detailed instructions for updating this information will be posted here by August 1st).
  • Complete your Credit Balance Form (Domestic Students) (This form requires you to log in with your "my.maryvillecollege.edu" email address.)
  • Complete your Vehicle Waiver/Registration Form (This form requires you to log in with your "my.maryvillecollege.edu" email address.)
  • Complete your Information for Media and Public Relations Form (will be available by August 1st)
