The registration fee of $175.00 (single accommodation) or $250 (double accommodation) is inclusive of the cost of attendance at the sessions, as well as refreshments, three meals (dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday), and overnight accommodation.

There are 2 ways to register!

1. To pay by Check: Download the Symposium Registration form
Fill it out, and mail it to the address on the form. All mailed registrations must be accompanied by a payment.

2. Online by Credit Card:
