Annual Gift Recognition
President’s Circle
Contributors at the President’s Circle level provide a generous share of the College’s income with gifts made during the fiscal year. President’s Circle donors are invited to the annual President’s Circle reception, held before each Founder’s Day banquet, as well as special President’s Circle events each year. Donor levels include:
- Benefactor $10,000 or more
- Fellow $ 5,000 to $9,999
- Patron $ 2,500 to $4,999
- Member $ 1,000 to $2,499
Thomas Jefferson Lamar Society
Named for the College’s greatest advocate of the 19th century, the Lamar Society recognizes those who contribute between $500 and $999 during the fiscal year.
William Thaw Society
Named for the College’s greatest benefactor of the 19th century whose gifts helped finance the reopening of the College following the Civil War, the Thaw Society recognizes those who contribute between $250 and $499 during the fiscal year.
Century Club
Through their contributions of $100 to $249 during the fiscal year, members of the Century Club form the backbone of financial support that enables Maryville College to continue its pursuit of excellence.
