February 15, 2002
Alumni, parents and friends may be interested in new items currently on sale in the Maryville College Bookstore.
Several years ago, FJ Designs of Ohio began producing collectibles of Maryville College's historic buildings for its Cat's Meow Village™. Cat's Meow wooden and painted miniature replicas of Bartlett Hall, Fayerweather Hall and Thaw Hall are currently on sale. Bartlett and Fayerweather replicas sell for $24; Thaw sells for $25. (The Village's version of Willard House will be available for Homecoming 2002.)
Also on sale … A 28" x 23" aerial photograph of campus is a nice complement to the photo taken in 1993 and sold for the 175th-anniversary celebration. One print of the 2001 photograph sells for $18. With every print, buyers receive a free 5 ½" x 4 ¼" note card. (The note cards sell separately for 50 cents.)
To order these or other items from the bookstore, contact Pat Stephens, bookstore manager, at 865/981-8033 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The bookstore accepts personal checks and MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit cards.
