Off-Kilter, a small vocal ensemble of the Maryville College Concert Choir, will be performing a special Christmas concert “Music of the Holidays” on Dec. 5 at Pizzeria Uno in Maryville.
The restaurant begins dinner service at 5 p.m., and Off-Kilter is expected to begin singing at 6 p.m. The concert is open to dinner customers of Pizzeria Uno at no additional charge.
“We are trying to raise a little dough,” said Maryville College Music Instructor and Choral Director Stacey Wilner, incorporating a play on words. “This event is not only a nice holiday celebration, it is also a fundraiser for the ensemble.”
Special coupons are being distributed by choir members prior to the concert. Customers dining at Pizzeria Uno during lunch or dinner on Dec. 5 are asked to give wait staff the special coupon when they pay their bill. Off-Kilter will receive a donation of 20 percent of the check.
People can request coupons by calling Wilner at 865.981.8151.
