Rehearsals begin for Community Chorus

Area singers are invited to join the Maryville College Community Chorus for the presentation of Camille Saint-Saens' "Christmas Oratorio." This work for chorus, soli and orchestra will be performed in a joint concert with the Maryville-Alcoa College-Community Orchestra (MACCO) under the direction of Lee Kull and is scheduled for 7:30, Dec. 9 in Wilson Chapel on the Maryville College campus.

Rehearsals of the "Christmas Oratorio" will begin Sept. 3 at 7 p.m. in the rehearsal room of the Fine Arts Center at Maryville College. Scores will be available for purchase at the rehearsal.
