In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Maryville College is hosting and presenting two days of campus and community events. A schedule of activities and services is listed below. Our invitation is extended to all.
Sunday, January 19th – 4pm
A community worship service will be held in Wilson Chapel. Providing
the service’s sermon will be the Rev. Cecil C. Mills, Jr.,
of Johnson City, TN. Special music will be provided by the Blount
County Celebration Choir, directed by Larry Ervin.
Monday, January 20th – MLK Day
(Beginning at 9:50am, classes will close to allow students to attend
any the MLK Day events.)
