Grades

As soon as faculty members submit course grades at the end of the semester, students may access their grades via IQ Web Self Service using their username and password. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), grades are only sent to parents or guardians if 1) the student makes a request in writing, or 2) the parent or guardian can certify that the student is a dependent as defined by the IRS (by submitting a certified copy of their most recent federal income tax return.)

6-Week Progress Reports

Six-week progress reports are a means for faculty to communicate a need for improvement in specific courses to students, academic advisors, and Learning Center staff. Upon receipt of a progress report, students are encouraged to meet with their advisors and course professors to discuss progress in class and to determine appropriate steps to improve course performance.
