RA Jobs
RA Job Description: Each floor or wing is staffed with one Resident Assistant (RA). RAs are upperclass students who plan activities for the floor, serve as a resource to floor members, and help residents get involved in campus life. Each RA is trained in helping skills, crisis intervention, conflict mediation and other areas to help residents cope with problems that may arise.
Resident Assistant Compensation
- Salary is $1550 for the year
- $1850 room credit
- Single room at the double room rate
