Room Prices:
Room prices are divided into two categories – standard and premium. Standard rooms are any double rooms that share a community bathroom. Premium rooms are any rooms that have an added amenity – a single room; any room that has a bathroom in the room, suite or apartment; a kitchen in the room, suite or apartment.
Standard Rooms – Copeland, Davis, Gamble and Pearsons double rooms
Premium Rooms- All of Beeson, Carnegie, Court Street and Lloyd; Pearsons rooms with bath and/or kitchens; Copeland single rooms; Davis and Gamble single rooms and room 105; new residence hall (fall 2008).
Rates for 2008-2009
- Standard - $2060 a semester
- Premium - $2534 a semester
Board Plan:
All students living in the residence halls must have a meal plan. There are three meal plan options offered to students based on their class standings.
- Freshman 19-meal plan only
- Sophomore 14 or 19-meal plan
- Junior/Seniors 10, 14 or 19-meal plan
*Note: Students who live in units with kitchens may purchase the 10-meal plan regardless of class standing.
Rates for 2008-2009
- 10-meal plan - $1584 a semester
- 14-meal plan - $1795 a semester
- 19-meal plan - $2060 a semester
