Registrar's Office
The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of Fayerweather Hall. Student academic records are housed and maintained in the office, class schedules are prepared and registrations are conducted. Grade reports are mailed from the office and academic transcripts are issued upon written request. The Registrar's Office is also the repository for the campus lost and found.

Transcript Requests
You may fax or mail a request for transcripts but we do not accept them by email or over the phone. On your request please indicate the following:
- Dates of attendance
- Name while attending
- # of transcripts
- Complete addressor addresses to mail to
- Signature on the request
Each transcript is $2.00 You may say on your fax that you are sending it by check in the mail, just make out your check to Maryville College. Please mail or fax using the information below.
