A course for new majors to examine contemporary and professional issues in the social sciences. Students will explore their vocational goals, including an investigation of options for the significant practical experience and senior study. The course will also provide a foundation in basic MLA and research skills. Finally, each student will engage in activities that will enhance professional behaviors.
