An examination of the peoples and customs of a particular culture that lies outside of the traditionally understood "Western World." The course integrated geography, history, social institutions, religion, and the arts. The course seeks to foster intercultural understanding, global perspective and appreciation for the breadth, diversity and richness of the human experience.
