APO Ghost ToursAlpha Psi Omega (Theatre Honor Society) Student Group hosts Ghost Tours in the College Woods

Friday 6:00 p.m. to Saturday 1:00 am •  McArthur Pavilion and The College Woods
APO Ghost Tour is the creepiest way to get to know the ghosts of Maryville College. Set in the College Woods and complete with scare actors, APO tells the stories of students and faculty who decided they never wanted to leave...

APO will be giving daylight tours from 6-8 without scare actors. This would include the historical information and ghost stories, but would be more palatable for individuals who do not enjoy/ are too young for jump scares or cannot walk through the woods at night.

Starting at 8, scare actors will enter the woods and the night tours will begin. They will be continuously running about every 10 minutes, giving groups enough time to move through. So, individuals who arrive at 8 might have a short wait, there will be attractions in the pavilion including s’mores and possibly cider for $1, as well as historical information provided by our history department. The tour will not include profanity or exceptionally gory makeup, so children over 11 who are comfortable with scared would be able to participate in the scare-actor tour.
