DESCRIPTION:The MC Theatre Department will present “The Crucible” by Arthur Miller at 7 p.m. in the Clayton Center for the Arts’ Haslam Family Flexible Theatre.\nThe Crucible: What power does one person have when the whole world has gone mad? When fear and malice become the status quo\, how do we hold on to our dignity? Linking the past to the present\, Arthur Miller’s the Crucible dares us to confront our demons and our role in their terror. Join Maryville College for a bold imagining of one of the most important plays in American history.\nTickets are $12.50 plus tax for general admission.  Free for MC faculty\, staff\, and students\, although a printed ticket from the Clayton Center box office is required for admission. For more information\, call the box office at 865-981-8590.
