Not too sweet\, not too dry\, not too fruity\, and not too tart.\n\n\nWe love our mothers and want them to enjoy wine\, preferably a wine you will enjoy too. Explore the words often used to describe wine and how to decipher them into a great bottle for the party with WSET Diploma and Certified Sommelier\, Andrew Woodland.  \n \nIn this class\, you will: \n\nReview common descriptors of wine and what they actually mean. \nWalk through a series of wines to understand these descriptors.\nComparatively taste these wines side by side\nEnjoy an evening with the one we call Mom!\n\n \nMust be 21 years of age or older to attend with valid ID. We will be checking IDs at check-in.
