It is the responsibility of the student to schedule exams.
Exams are scheduled for the same day/time as the class unless scheduling prohibits access to accommodations. In the event of a conflict, a testing date & time will be arranged by all parties involved.
This form is used to arrange accommodated testing through the Office of Disability Resources and Accessibility. For final scheduling, students will meet with Debbie Phelps, Thaw Hall Basement.
