Remote Intramural Programming

In lieu of normal intramural programming we’re introducing remote gaming!  Please visit Imleagues.com to view some of the options we have available for the rest of the spring semester.  Have an idea for remote gaming or programming?  Email your Wellness Coordinator, Josh Anderson, to submit your idea!  This is uncharted territory for us, so we’re open to new ideas!

Campus recreation and Intramurals

Alumni Gym Recreation Center

Come visit Alumni Gym to participate in pick up games, join a fitness class, participate in an intramural sport or activity, or exercise in the fitness center.  Alumni Gym has a recreational sized basketball court for pick up games, intramural volleyball games, intramural basketball games, or for you to just work on that jump shot of yours.  The campus fitness center is also located in Alumni Gym.  Weather you are seasoned in the exercise department or you are just getting started, the fitness center is a great place to reach your goals.  Inside the Fitness Center you can find treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, a squat rack, benches, a smith machine, TRX cables,  and kettlebells.



 Your Campus Recreation and Intramural Program offers a variety of different programs, activities, and leagues.  Intramurals are available for all students, staff, and faculty to participate in.  Visit imleagues.com to create an account and register for an upcoming event or league.  Take a look at some of the events and leagues we have had in the past!

Exercise is Medicine offers campus several different fitness classes to it's students, staff, and faculty members. 

Camp 4

Camp 4 in partnership with EIMOC is going lala (Hawaiian word for sideways) this fall. Instead of one Wednesday afternoon when everything happens (tower, No Gym Required, yoga and whatever else), we’re going to move it “sideways”; only 1 event each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. So, No Gym Required at 4:00 on Tuesday, tower at 3:30 on Wednesday, and yoga at 5:15 on Thursday.

Sign ups will happen weekly on Sign Up Genius.

We have always asked students to do multiple events at a Camp 4 for event credit. For the fall students will need to do 1 weeks’ worth of activities for a credit.
