Board Service Dates
Fall semester Board Service (meal plan use) will begin on Monday, August 11. All meal plans will be active beginning on this date. Students will primarily dine in the Pearsons dining hall during New Scots Orientation. Please follow this link to see the full Board Service Calendar for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Margaret Ware Dining Room
Also known as “Pearsons,” the College’s primary all-you-care-to-eat dining hall is located on the first floor of Pearsons Hall where hot and nutritious meals are served each day. Pearsons is open to the public.
Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Hot Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Continental Breakfast: 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Hot Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Extended Lunch 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday:
Brunch: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Public Door Rates
Breakfast: $9.00 (Monday-Friday); $20.00 (Saturday & Sunday)

The Market
Located in the Lobby of Pearsons Hall, the Market offers snacks, beverages, assorted groceries, beauty and hygiene products, as well as hot and cold grab and go items.

Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Isaac’s Cafe
Located on the second floor of the Bartlett Hall Student Center, Isaac’s offers the perfect atmosphere for students to relax and enjoy their meal with friends. Hours of operation are listed below:
Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
