The curriculum is notable for its strong general education program and the two semesters of Senior Study research required of all students. Maryville College Works managed through the Career Center, integrates career preparation for today's job market, readying seniors for their first professional job search.
The student body, numbering nearly 1,200, is drawn from the Southeast, Middle Atlantic States and the Midwest.
