Adjunct Instructor of Theatre

Dustin Rader is an Emmy Award-winning Producer and Director with over 30 years’ experience and more than 1,000 live events spanning theater, music, concerts, and sports. Dustin enjoys working with students of all ages developing theater skills both on stage, in the wings and in front of the camera. He has taught at both the college and middle/high school levels. 

Rader has directed a variety of theater productions including Les Misérables, The SpongeBob Musical, Almost Maine, and The Addams Family.

Recognitions include multiple awards at the Knoxville Film Festival, State and Global invitations for his Destination Imagination Improv teams and Broadway Center for the Arts’ MTI Junior Theater Festival team being nationally recognized two years in a row under his direction.
