Services

The Office of Corporate Sales and Event Services provides personal and professional service to attend to your needs. Our "one stop shop" approach to service makes your job simple and easy. One phone call is all it takes to schedule and plan your event. Our goal is to make your event a complete success. That's why we work with you to attend to every detail. We can provide standard audio/visual equipment and other services such as copy, fax, telephone, event menu planning, and conference planning services.

Facilities at Maryville College and the Clayton Center

The convenient and centralized design of the campus places air-conditioned meeting rooms, auditoriums and dining facilities within comfortable walking distance. Our meeting and conference facilities include:

  • Thirty-five meeting rooms and classrooms
  • Five dining rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 250
  • Four auditoriums that can accommodate groups of up to 1,100

Food Service and Catering

For events in Maryville College facilities, MC Dining Services can assist you in designing a unique, simple or elegant event to meet your budget. Services include continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, business and wedding receptions, buffets, served meals and much more!

Events in the Clayton Center can be catered by any of the six preferred vendors to design a menu that suits your tastesand your budget. 

Summer Conferences and Events

During the summer months we offer overnight accommodations in clean and affordable residence halls arranged in traditional and suite styles - for up to 700 people. Our residence halls are air conditioned and close to meeting and dining facilities. Recreational opportunities abound at the Cooper Athletic Center with an indoor pool, basketball, and volleyball courts. Outdoors there are tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and walking/biking trails in the campus woods. There are also plenty of beautifully landscaped grounds for you to create your own outside recreational activity.

Local Attractions

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just a short drive away. There are lots of things to do in and around the Blount County area during your meeting's downtime.
