Leah K. Hadder

Leah Hadder currently serves as the Career & Internship Coach in the Maryville College Career Center. She supports students completing internships for academic credit, guides them in their search for post-graduation opportunities, and frequently guest lectures on career preparation topics. Leah is the primary contact for all internship-related questions at the College and collaborates with organizations interested in hiring students for internships. She also teaches multiple sections of the Maryville College Works courses.

Before joining Maryville College, Leah worked in university recruiting and admissions at Lee University and Arkansas State University-Beebe. She is a three-time graduate of the Arkansas State University system, holding a Master of Public Administration, a B.S. in Management with a Marketing minor, and an A.A. in Liberal Arts with a Business emphasis from ASU–Heber Springs.

Leah is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers, and the Leadership Blount Class of 2025. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to leadership podcasts, attending concerts, and spending time with her rescued cat, Suzie Q.
