Create a lasting legacy of impact

The Alumni Future Fund is an initiative of the Maryville College Alumni Association, launched in Fall 2025 in honor of its 150th Anniversary. The Alumni Future Fund will:

  • Create connection between students and alumni
  • Support new projects, gaps, and needs of student groups and organizations
  • Foster collaboration between student organizations to create new opportunities and initiatives

Funds will be raised annually each MC fiscal year (June 1 – May 31) and made available to be granted at the beginning of the following academic year, providing one-time grants to student organizations, student-driven initiatives, specific classes, and other such projects.

An application cycle will be created and implemented by the Advancement Office in partnership with Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and the Student Government Association. The number and amount of grants awarded will depend on the amount of money raised in the previous fiscal year and the number of applications submitted.

The MCAA Board of Directors will provide an initial review of all applications. The proposals of all finalists selected to move forward will be posted online to be voted on by the donors who made contributions to the Fund of at least $150.

Grantees are required to present a final report at a meeting of the MCAA Board of Directors. The presentation will be made available digitally to donors.
