Maryville College Venues
Maryville College offers three dining facilities that can serve up to 250 guests. Each dining room has its own distinct personality and unique character that will add charm and warmth to your next special event. Visit this link for a list of caterers.
Chilhowee Club
Built as a gathering place for Blount County’s lady’s club, the Chilhowee Club is a charming venue that can be used for multiple types of events. It can be setup auditorium-style for up to 100 people and banquet style for up to 64. The room has a stage and sound system.
House in the Woods
Built in 1917, the multi-purpose venue that was renovated in 2002 as a retreat and special event center. Located in a secluded setting in the campus woods, the house is a popular choice for luncheons, banquets and other intimate gatherings.
Isaac’s Grill
Isaac’s is a multi-level room located in Bartlett Hall Student Center with a seating capacity of up to 150. Originally opened in 1901 as the College’s gymnasium, the room features a unique oval-shaped second floor that opens to the main floor. The main floor features an oval shaped dais that can be used as a stage, dance floor or serving area. The room is creatively decorated with MC history and sports paraphernalia and features a big screen TV, sound system and CD changer.
Clayton Center for the Arts Venues

The William Baxter Lee III, Grand Foyer
The Grand Foyer is an elegantly designed venue that is just the perfect place for a wedding and/or reception. It features two sweeping staircases that lead to the balcony and 15 hand-blown glass chandeliers that run its entire length. It can accommodate up to 250 for a sit-down dinner or 450 for a standing reception.
The Fulmer Family Special Events Room
The Special Events Room is located on the balcony level of the Center’s main building. It can accommodate up to 40 people for receptions, meetings or conferences and has a beautiful view of downtown Maryville.
