Approximately 209 graduates take part in Maryville College Commencement 2026; 73 earn honors diplomas

On the beautiful spring morning of May 9, more than 200 graduates of Maryville College gathered on Humphreys Court — the outdoor space between Anderson and Fayerweather halls — for the College’s annual Commencement ceremony

Approximately 209 Scots completed degree requirements and were eligible to take part in the graduation exercise. Participants included students who completed degree requirements in December, as well as those expected to finish later this year.

The celebration acknowledged the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 and marked the culmination of years of academic work, leadership and service during another milestone year on the College’s historic campus.

Those Scots who were awarded degrees this academic year, and those who will complete degree requirements in August or December, are listed below, and the following students were awarded Bachelor of Arts degrees (note that in a handful of cases, students who double-majored received  both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science):
