The Registrar’s Office is responsible for certifying student enrollment and maintains both past and present student records, but cannot verify future enrollment.  Enrollment Verification may be obtained online through Self-Service or by sending a faxed request.

Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification

Students may obtain enrollment certificates with the National Student Clearinghouse through their secure Self-Service account. Access is available 24-7. These certificates provide proof of current and past enrollment to health and auto insurers, credit issuers, or others requesting proof of student enrollment. 

To utilize this service, log on to Self-Service and select the “NSC Enrollment Certificates” link. Follow the login and menu instructions. You may generate new certificates any time you need them. In addition to obtaining enrollment verification certificates, you may also view loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to your loan holders (lenders and guarantors), view your enrollment history on file with the Clearinghouse, view enrollment verifications that the Clearinghouse has provided on your behalf, and link to real-time student loan information (e.g., outstanding principal, next payment due, etc.)

Enrollment Verification for Students without a Self Service Account

If you do not have an Self-Service web account, you may request enrollment verification in person or in writing. E-mail requests for enrollment verifications are not accepted. In the case that enrollment verification requires verification of non-directory information, such as a student grade point average, the request must include your signed consent to disclose such information. Include the following information in your written request:

1. Your name and current address
2. The name under which you attended the College, i.e., a maiden name
3. Student identification number or Social Security number
4. Date of birth
5. Years in which you attended or the year you graduated
6. Name and specific address to which the enrollment verification should be sent
7. Telephone number where you can be contacted if there is a question or problem regarding your request
