At the Career Center, our staff offers appointments to provide career coaching, professional development, and support for students. Topics include Major Exploration, Resume Writing, Career Exploration & Planning, LinkedIn, Cover Letter Writing, as well as Internship, Fellowship, Graduate School, and Full-Time Job Search and Application review. Appointments can be 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the information covered.
Internship Search & Application: Are you looking for an internship? Do you need help with your application materials for an internship? Do you have questions about completing an internship for SPE credit? Book this appointment type to meet with the Career Center staff about internships.
Job Search, Interviews & Application Materials: Are you a student looking for a part-time job, full-time job, or work study opportunity? Do you need help with your resume or cover letter? Are you preparing for a job interview? Book this appointment type if you need assistance finding opportunities, would like feedback on your application documents, or want to practice your interviewing skills.
Graduate School Search & Application: Are you looking to continue your education after you graduate from Maryville College? Do you need help locating the right graduate program, medical school, or law school? Do you need assistance with your application documents such as your application essay, statement of purpose, or C.V.? Book this appointment type to meet with the Career Center staff to discuss all things related to your education after Maryville College.
Senior Support: Are you graduating soon? Not sure what to do after graduation? Do you need help securing your desired post-graduation opportunity? Let the Career Center help you and provide you with support that is specifically geared towards students during their senior year at Maryville College.
